Shipping usually takes place on the next working day after confirmed receipt of payment or a guaranteed payment confirmation by a third-party provider (PayPal).
Please note that if you are making a prepayment, the processing time of the bank transfer will be added to the total cost.

We offer free shipping on orders over €40 , regardless of whether it is for one or multiple items .
CAN I RETURN MY GOODS?
Yes, you can return the delivered goods without giving any reason within the cancellation period or cancel your contract declaration .

Refunds are usually processed within 3-5 working days after the return arrives at our warehouse .
