DOES EASY PROTECT WORK WITH MY SMARTPHONE?

Easy Protect is compatible with 99% of all smartphones and phone cases.

Deviations are possible depending on the device model or type of case. See product images for details.

WHAT CAN I USE THE PHONE TETHER FOR?

Easy Protect is suitable for everyone - whether:

DOES THE CONSTANT RETRACTION OF THE METAL CORD BOTHER YOU?

No, it doesn't get in the way and offers a significant advantage, as the phone, should it fall, immediately returns to you and doesn't swing. This prevents it from hitting anything uncontrollably.

Shipping & Delivery

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

The shipping costs depend on the selected delivery country. An overview of the shipping costs per country can be found in our shipping cost table.

IS INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY POSSIBLE?

You can find our current delivery countries in the shipping costs table.

Other countries cannot be supplied at the moment.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Shipping usually occurs on the next business day after confirmed receipt of payment or a guaranteed payment confirmation from a third-party provider (PayPal).

Please note that for advance payments, the duration of the transfer must also be taken into account.

WHEN WILL MY ITEM BE DELIVERED?

The delivery time is usually 2–5 business days.

WHICH CARRIER WILL DELIVER MY ORDER?

Depending on the nature of the goods and the scope of the shipment, we generally ship the goods via the safest and fastest route.

Shipping is handled by DHL or DPD.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Once your goods have been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking link and can view the status of your shipment at any time.

Order & Returns

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER VALUE FOR MY ORDER?

There is no minimum order value in our shop.

From €60, we deliver free of charge within Germany, regardless of whether it is one or more items.

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?

Yes, you can return the delivered goods or revoke your declaration of contract within the statutory withdrawal period.

For a return label, please contact our customer service at easy.protect@gmx.at. We will then gladly check whether your order can still be canceled.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

The refund is usually issued within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received at our warehouse.
