right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Peak Protect, Schmiedgasse 20, 2100 Leobendorf, Austria, email: peak-protect@gmx.at ) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter).
You can use the sample cancellation form provided below, but this is not mandatory.
consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
You as the customer are responsible for the return shipping costs for the goods.
Voluntary Right of Return
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer you a voluntary right of return of 14 days.
Conditions for return:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (e.g. invoice or order confirmation) is required.

damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at peak-protect@gmx.at if:
- The item is damaged,
- You received an incorrect item.
We will fix the problem as soon as possible.
refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days using your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or payment service provider, it may take additional time for your refund to be processed.
