Cancellation policy
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you receives the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Peak Protect, Schmiedgasse 20, 2100 Leobendorf, Austria, email: peak-protect@gmx.at) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter).
You may use the sample cancellation form below, although this is not mandatory.
Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund you the purchase price of the goods.
Shipping costs (standard and additional shipping costs) are generally non-refundable.
In addition, a storage fee of €5.99 will be charged. This will be deducted directly from the refund amount.
For the refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
- You as the customer are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete delivery address and the delivery cannot be made as a result, the customer will bear the resulting costs (in particular return shipping costs and additional shipping costs).
- The shipping costs paid when ordering will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Voluntary right of return
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer you a voluntary right of return of 14 days.
Conditions for return:
- The goods must be in their original condition – unworn, unused and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (e.g. invoice or order confirmation) is required.

Damage and problems
Please check your order immediately upon receipt.
Contact us immediately at peak-protect@gmx.at if:
- the goods are damaged or
- You received the wrong item.
We will find a solution together.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you of the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a little longer to process.
If you have not received a refund after 15 business days, please contact us at peak-protect@gmx.at.
Returns and missing parts
For returns, the goods must be returned complete and in proper condition, including the original packaging, all accessories (e.g., carabiner, thank you card, extras such as gummy bears) and all documentation.
If any parts are missing or the original packaging is damaged upon return, we reserve the right to deduct a flat rate of €7.99 from the refund amount to cover the costs incurred.
