Right of Withdrawal

1. Right to Withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example by e mail or letter).

You may use the sample withdrawal form provided below, but it is not mandatory.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you the purchase price of the goods only.

Shipping costs are not refunded, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Refunds will be made within 14 days after receipt of your withdrawal notice, but not before we have received the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back.

You, as the customer, bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless the goods were defective or wrongly delivered. In such cases, Easy Protect CZ GmbH will cover the return shipping costs.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete delivery address and the delivery cannot be completed, you bear all resulting costs, including return and reshipping fees. Already paid shipping costs are not refunded.

3. Returns and Missing Items

Returned goods must be sent back completely and in proper condition, including the original packaging and all accessories (for example carabiner, thank you card, extras such as gummy bears).

If parts are missing or the original packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the actual loss in value from the refund.
