Cancellation Policy
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Peak Protect, Schmiedgasse 20, 2100 Leobendorf, Austria, e-mail: peak-protect@gmx.at) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by e-mail or letter).
You may use the sample withdrawal form provided below, but it is not mandatory.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you the purchase price of the goods.
Shipping costs (standard and additional shipping costs) are generally not refunded.
Additionally, a storage fee of €5.99 will be retained. This amount will be deducted directly from the refund.
We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you incur any fees for this refund.
You, as the customer, bear the costs of returning the goods.
If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete delivery address and the delivery cannot be completed as a result, the customer bears the resulting costs (in particular return shipping costs and any additional shipping costs).
Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Voluntary Return Policy
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary return policy of 14 days.
Conditions for Return:

The goods must be in their original condition – unworn, unused, and in the original packaging.

Damages and Issues
Please check your order immediately upon receipt.
Contact us immediately at peak-protect@gmx.at if:

you received the wrong item.
We will work together to find a solution.
Refunds
Once your return has arrived and been inspected, we will inform you of the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take slightly longer for the funds to appear.
If you have not received a refund within 15 days, please contact us at peak-protect@gmx.at.
Returns and Missing Items
Returned goods must be sent back completely and in proper condition, including the original packaging, all accessories (e.g., carabiner, thank-you card, extras like gummy bears), and all documentation.
If parts are missing or the original packaging is damaged upon return, we reserve the right to deduct a flat fee of €7.99 from the refund to cover the incurred effort.
